We will start the day with some icebreaker games to get to know each other. This will be followed by a presentation on the healthcare guidelines for adults with spina bifida, more games, some short movement intervals, and a presentation on mental health issues in adults with spina bifida. After a break for dinner, we will come back in the evening for a "live" concert and story-telling around the virtual campfire!
